📍 Detailed Itinerary

🗓 Day 1: Arrival – Transfer to Bromo Area

  • Pick up from PROBOLINGGO ( Train Station , hotel , bus station) > mount bromo > kawah ijen > drop of ketapang harbour

PICK UP from banyuwangi ( train station , harbour, bus station , hotel/ homestay ) > kawah ijen > bromo mountain > drop of probolinggo

  • Transfer to hotel near Mount Bromo area (approximately 1-2 hours from PROBOLINGGO)

  • Check-in at hotel.

Terms and Conditions

Mount Bromo Ijen Tour Package

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking the Mount Bromo Ijen Tour Package to Mount Bromo and Kawah Ijen.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A deposit payment (minimum 30–50%) is required to confirm the booking.

  • Full payment must be completed at least 7 days before the tour departure date.

  • Last-minute bookings require full payment in advance.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer or other agreed payment methods.

  • Payment confirmation must be sent after transfer.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation 7 days before departure: 50% refund of total payment.

  • Cancellation less than 3 days before departure: No refund.

  • No-show on tour date: No refund.

  • Refunds may take 7–14 working days to process.

  • In case of force majeure (natural disasters, volcanic activity, government regulation changes), the itinerary may be adjusted without prior notice for safety reasons.

3. Weather & Natural Conditions

  • Mount Bromo and Ijen tours are highly dependent on weather conditions.

  • Sunrise and blue fire visibility are not guaranteed due to natural factors.

  • The tour operator is not responsible for unfavorable weather conditions.

4. Health & Physical Requirements

  • Participants must be in good physical condition.

  • Ijen trekking requires moderate fitness (approximately 3 km uphill walk).

  • Not recommended for pregnant women, people with heart conditions, asthma, or serious medical issues.

  • Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the tour.

5. Safety Regulations

  • All participants must follow the guide’s instructions at all times.

  • Gas masks must be worn when descending into Ijen crater.

  • The tour operator is not responsible for accidents caused by negligence or failure to follow safety instructions.

6. Tour Changes

  • The itinerary may change depending on local conditions, traffic, weather, or government regulations.

  • In case of volcano closure by authorities, alternative destinations or rescheduling will be offered (subject to agreement).

7. Personal Belongings
